FCC St. Louis Volunteer

This year we have several volunteer opportunities to help make the Lantern Festival at the Missouri Botanical Gardens a success. During the opening weekend of the festival (Memorial Day Weekend; Saturday, May 26 - Monday, May 28), the Chinese-American Community needs volunteers to help staff the various Arts and Crafts booths. In particular, The Saint Louis Chinese Academy is looking for volunteers to help with paper cutting and the Saint Louis Modern Chinese School is offering us a chance to help with face painting. Volunteers should be 13 years of age or older and able to work a two hour shift on one of the three days. In return for service, the volunteer will receive free admission to Lantern Festival (a $20 value) good for the day of service. Please indicate, in your response below, your preference for:

  • Paper Cutting or Face Painting
  • Day of Service - Saturday, Sunday, or Monday
  • Time of Service - Morning (10am until noon), Early Afternoon (noon until 2pm), or Late Afternoon (2pm until 4pm)
