  2. Make Checks payable to "FCC - St. Louis"
  3. Mail completed forms to:

To join or renew your FCC St. Louis membership, you must complete the membership application and submit your membership dues. FCC St. Louis membership dues are $40 annually.

To join, please download, print, and complete the membership form. Completed membership forms may be mailed with membership dues to:
